B. Plus 1 challenge (add 1 rep every day) start is on january first, 20 push ups 20 air squats, 1 pull up (bent over sb row)
C) 3 rounds of: :20 sec side plank R hips up and down :10 sec rest :20 sec side plank L hips up and down :10 sec rest :20 sec plank punch outs :10 sec rest
D) 3 rounds of: 20 bend over rows L 20 bend over rows R 25 mountain climbers ea 25 jumping jacks
